The 30-Night Cozy Guarantee
We want your pal to become your favorite comfort item. If it doesn't, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
Changed your mind?
- Pals that have been gently used are welcome back within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number to start a return. We reply within one business day with return instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless your item arrived damaged or defective.
- Bundles: if you return part of a Pal Pack or Squad, your refund reflects the discounted price you paid for that item.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No need to ship anything back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap pals is to return the one you have and place a new order for the one you want.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked as final sale can't be returned.
