Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Rates

• Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (any Pal Pack or Squad qualifies).
• Orders under $50: flat-rate standard shipping of $4.95.

Timing

• Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Delivery: typically 7–12 business days after your order ships.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can stretch during peak seasons.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your pal is on its way. Orders with multiple pals may arrive in separate packages.

Late or missing packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll make it right.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Need to change it? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
